After confirming that the space is suitable, the next step is to decide on the type of loft conversion you’d like. Typically, the clients we work with in Bristol go for either a dormer or Velux conversion.
With a dormer loft conversion, our team will ‘build out’ to create additional space – this is a great solution if your existing attic space is small. A Velux loft conversion on the other hand keeps the original pitch of the roof and we instead convert the existing internal space. With a Velux conversion you keep the external aesthetic of your property.
