As Bristol grows and more people look to move to the city, HMOs continue to increase in popularity.

A HMO or house in multiple occupation is a property rented and occupied by at least three people who are not from one household i.e. a family. In a HMO these residents share facilities like the bathroom and kitchen.

We recently worked with a property developer to build this beautiful HMO in the Southville area of Bristol. The project included the installation of a new kitchen and also a new bathroom, that we worked on with our sister company Boilers Bathrooms Wetrooms.
