We understand that embarking on a large building project can feel like a daunting prospect. To minimise disruption at your home we’ll follow a process we’ve carefully developed over the years.

From initial consultation to final sign off, your project will have clearly defined stages. We’ll always communicate openly with you about what we’re working on and the timescales involved.

Our loft conversion process has helped us deliver exceptional results for happy clients across Bristol and the Wider South West.

Stage 1: Meet and consultation

The first step is for us to visit your property. We’ll assess your loft space and discuss design ideas for your new loft conversion.

Stage 2: Design ideas

Our design team will take your ideas and turn them into a series of concepts for you to review.

Stage 3: Building consent

When you’re happy with the designs, we’ll share them with building regulations to ensure the project will get signed off once completed.

Stage 4: Design updates

We’ll meet and have a further discussion about your design. As well as adding in your fixtures and fittings, this is an opportunity for you to make any further changes.

Stage 5: Design sign off

You’ll receive a final set of designs to review and sign off. You can share any further revisions at this point.

Stage 6: Construction begins

We’ll deliver the materials, erect the scaffolding and start building your new loft conversion.

Stage 7: Project updates

We’ll be in close contact throughout the duration of the project, regularly updating you on progress.

Stage 8: Tour of your new loft space

We’ll give you a tour of your new loft conversion and answer any questions you have.

Stage 9: Sign-off and clearance

Once the project is signed off by building regulations we’ll remove the scaffolding and clear the site of any excess building materials and waste.

Stage 10: Building certificates

All relevant documents and certificates will be shared with you.
